Harassment and Discrimination

Case 2

When Dr. Bond asks for help from Jim, an administrative assistant in the department, she often places her hands on his shoulders. When she explains things, she will sit very close, gesticulate with her hands and let them fall on his arm or leg with a little squeeze. Jim is uncomfortable with her behaviour and asks her not to massage his shoulders or thighs. Despite this, Dr. Bond continues this behaviour.
