Sex is used on TV and in magazines to sell everything – it’s portrayed as a pleasurable activity that most young people aspire to, but what makes someone decide when to have sex and with whom?  While some religions and cultures encourage young people not to have sex until after marriage, others mark a first sexual experience as an important transition into adulthood.  Sex is also sometimes used as a tool to maintain a relationship or one’s status in society [4].
